👋 Hi there! I'm Chang
I am a product designer in San Francisco focused on how people interact with tools, workflows, and everyday systems. I received my master's in Interaction Design from California College of the Arts and my bachelor's in Interactive Arts and Technology from Simon Fraser University.
I design AR mobility tools with UNICEF to support children traveling independently. At Litespace, I led adoption focused product features, and at NFTY Jigs I contributed to large scale blockchain systems. I also created PollenNav, an award winning app that helps allergy sensitive people move through the city with confidence.
I shape early product direction in fast moving teams. I use prototypes to clarify ideas, align stakeholders, and turn emerging technology into practical product experiences. I care about transforming complexity into calm interfaces, honest workflows, and systems that scale. My goal is to make everyday life feel lighter and more human.
