- How Chang uses AI, by stage: Research with Perplexity and Granola (domain mapping, interview synthesis); Brainstorm with ChatGPT and Claude (widening directions, pressure-testing framing); Prototype with Claude Code and Figma Make (turning the strongest direction into a working build to validate it; this site is hand-built with Claude Code). AI's first pass drifts toward generic, so it never gets the last word: a human stays in the loop, and the judgment stays with Chang.
